Since moving to Las Vegas, I’ve come to see the city (and surrounding area) as a place that offers something for everyone. There’s recreation, history, entertainment, food, music, art, adventure, scenery, and mystery.
Las Vegas is especially a great base for outdoor adventures. Because Las Vegas is in a valley, everything is about 20-30 mins apart from each other at max, verses other cities where things can be really spread out. This proximity is benefit when checking out the adventure options within the city itself. Beyond that, using Las Vegas as a base, there are amazing nature experiences just under an hour away.
