The Southwest is home to some of the country’s most iconic National Parks, from vast desert landscapes to towering mountains and otherworldly terrain. Since many of these parks are within reach of Las Vegas, we’ve made it a goal to visit every National Park in the Southwest with our kids.
We’ve started with the parks closest to Las Vegas and are making our way to others farther out. Along the way we’ve had some unforgettable adventures–and learned a few things when exploring with kids. By sharing our firsthand experiences, itineraries, and family-friendly tips, I hope that our recommendations can help you plan your own National Park adventure!
